Duck run to the side with the Loop Band

Starting position:

Place the Blackroll Loop Band around your thighs close above the knee. Hip wide stance with straight upper body and put your hands in front of the chest.

Execution:

Do a deep squat with straight upper body. Keep the tension of the band with your knees and do not let them buckle inside. Do 10 Steps to the left with constant tension of the band. Come back to starting position and repeat the exercise on the other side.
